Let them eat Cake!

  • Mix together in a MUG :​

  • 4 TBSP self raising flour​

  • 4 TBSP caster sugar​

  • 2 TBSP cocoa powder​

  • Then add the following and mix well​

  • 3 TBSP milk​

  • 3 TBSP vegetable/ sunflower oil​

  • Few drops vanilla essence​

  • 1 Egg (crack separately and make sure no shells before adding)​

  • OPTIONAL to add.....​

  • 2 TBSP chocolate chips, nuts or raisins​

  • Microwave​

  • Put piece of kitchen towel in microwave under mug​

  • 2.5 mins at 800w​

  • Oven​

  • Preheat oven to 180 C (160 C for fan)​

  • Place cake in muffin cases​

  • Bake for 12 mins​
